水浴爐工作原理：燃燒器將燃料充分燃燒，熱量經(jīng)加熱爐火筒（輻射受熱面）及煙管（對流受熱面）傳遞給殼體內(nèi)中間介質(zhì)水，水將熱量傳遞給浸泡其中的盤管，從而使盤管中的介質(zhì)被加熱

水浴式加熱爐組由二部分組成：爐體、換熱器。爐體上部分設(shè)有膨脹水箱。換熱器嚴格按照國家標準GB151-1999管殼式換熱器制造。間接式加熱：本體無壓、系統(tǒng)承壓，標準配置出口壓力1.0Mpa.主要由水套、火筒、煙管、煙囪、盤管、燃氣燃燒控制系統(tǒng)組成及操作間組成，設(shè)備出廠時所有附件儀表全部安裝完畢，經(jīng)過近二十年的油田現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用及設(shè)計優(yōu)化，具有性能極其可靠，熱效率高，安裝使用簡單等優(yōu)點。
